History

Fund for modular train developing in St. Petersburg «Peterfund» was established in 1995 on the initiative of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Employment Service of St. Petersburg for organizing the work on the training and retraining of unemployed job seekers and citizens. Annual retraining program of "Peterfund" was held on 15 thousand people, of whom 95 per cent of people to employ (a total of constant number of unemployed 60 thousand people).

Since 2007, the Fund is implementing projects for the development of public relations of the State Corporation "Rosatom". Each year, with support from the Regional Public Information Center of Rosatom visits 5 thousand high school students. Created and implemented a program of elective courses for students grades 9-11 of secondary schools' choice of profession: nuclear science and technology.
